Luther Moyer, CPM™, Principal and Founder

Luther is a third-generation property management specialist with more than a decade of experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets including retail, office, warehouse, moorage, and multi-family projects.

He has a BA in Finance from Eastern Washington University (’89) and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Washington State University (’92). In addition, Luther has completed the Certificate Program in Commercial Real Estate at University of Washington (‘93).

Luther began his career as a consultant for a large family trust and, just prior to forming Cascade Pacific Real Estate Services, was a partner at a respected boutique property management firm.

Michael K. Maher, Director, Business Development

Michael has specialized in the management, sales and leasing of all types of commercial properties since 1987. He’s negotiated more than 1000 lease and sales agreements totaling more than $400 million in real estate transactions. Michael has served as director of real estate developments on behalf of numerous Fortune 500 companies throughout the western United States, providing clients with comprehensive financial and market analyses in the development of their real estate needs.

Brad LeCompte, Assistant Property Manager

Brad joined the Cascade Pacific management team in 2007 to assist with all operations in the company’s management portfolio. As a managing member of a real estate investment group holding commercial and residential property in several cities across the country, he developed experience in market analysis throughout a range of locations.

He began his career as area manager for a residential property management firm overseeing hundreds of apartments in the Seattle area. Brad is a member of the IREM Seattle Chapter 2008 Executive Council, and continues coursework as a CPM candidate.

Sandy Christean, Account Representative

Sandy has ten years of experience overseeing accounting for properties managed by Cascade Pacific and other Seattle-area companies. She has a strong background in the financial industry including 20 years of experience culminating as an assistant vice president and manager at the flagship headquarter branch of a Washington bank. In banking, Sandy focused on lending, budgeting, auditing, personnel hiring, management and training.
